1. Register
So you’ve decided to try SmartClear services – great !
To get started simply complete our ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM

2. Agree
Once registered, SmartClear conducts evidence of identity checks as part of our obligations to Australian Customs.
All checking out, you’ll receive an email confirming your registration along with our user agreement which we’ve made easy to accept online.
3. Start
Start using our services, just email your request to docs@smartclear.com.au
For Customs clearance (import declaration) requests, ensure to attached the relevant documents.
COMPort
Upon receipt of your first service request, we’ll provide you with a link and password to access COMPort which is your SmartClear Client Online Management Portal.
COMPort provides your company with instant access to all your Customs records along with progress tracking……..and more !
Timeframes
Import declarations will be processed within 24 hours.
Should we require further information for processing or foresee any other delays, you will receive a notification from us within this timeframe.
For other services, we will respond to you within 24 hours advising the estimated processing time.
